Sir , your post is awesome . this is what i was searching from years . That helped me a lot . But what i want to know now is , that is masturbation a reason behind pimples ? . Well to let you know the way how i masturbate is :- i keep a check on my masturbating habits . So when i have done it , i restrict myself to not to do it for ten days , but that 10 merges in 6-7 days and then i masturbate for 2-3 days regularly . Then again restricting for ten day gap . This is in my practice since years . 3 years earlier i was dam addicted to it as i masturbated casually or regularly then i controlled myself & stopped it for 5 months . Now i am following this in the way i told earlier . But the problem is this , that the day when i masturbate just 2 day after that pimples are over my face . And i hate them but they still come .
