Green tea is also known to prevent different types of cancer because of its antioxidants, which prevents damage to the cells of the body. Milk is another healthy beverage that has plenty of health benefits. It strengthens bones and teeth because of its high calcium and phosphorus content. It is especially good for young kids, so you won’t have to bring them to a dentist at all. Milk also has lactic acid, which makes an effective exfoliant to smoothen skin, and amino acids to moisturize. It is also high in protein, which makes muscles strong and big.
Plenty of fruits and vegetables
A healthy balanced meal should always include fruits and vegetables. Eliminating one of them in your daily diet would mean omitting some important vitamins and minerals as well. Fruits and vegetables, whether frozen or fresh, can supply vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
