Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, born on 1st  November 1973 in Mangalore (India) is one of the most beautiful and influential celebrity not just in India, but across the globe. Hi Nanditha, You should start doing cardio workout like running, brisk walking or early morning jogging. Have lots of water daily. At least try to have 7 glasses of water in a day. Take more of dry fruits and fiber rich foods in diet. These will help you lose the required weight for sure.
