Performing this mudra involves the middle finger and thumb. To practice it, fold your middle finger of both your hands so that it touches the respective thumbs. Now, extend the rest of your fingers and maintain this gesture.

As with most of the yoga exercises, this exercise also requires a specific posture.

You can sit in any comfortable position, such as Sukhasana, Vajrasana, or Padmasana. This sitting posture will provide firmness to your body required for the meditation practice.

Now, streamline your back, head, and neck and initiate deep breathing. This further enhances your awareness.

While there is no specific time duration for this mudra, you can do it for 30 – 34 minutes daily. Alternatively, you can also spread it into two or three sections throughout the day.
