Right from the morning she gets up at 6, does yoga and free-hand warm-up exercise in her garden area. She practices different types of yoga asanas. She says these asanas help her to look young, fresh and healthy.
After the yoga session, she prefers to do half an hour of walk, which helps her maintain stamina of the body and get the toxin out of body in form of sweat.

Being a food lover, she believes one must not do crash dieting by avoiding food that he or she likes. Instead one should do some workout to lose those extra pounds that is put on. Breakfast: Plain dosa with pudina (mint) ketchup in breakfast. She also goes with some paranthas and milk on some days.
Lunch: She loves eating home cooked food and avoid extra oil in her lunch. So her lunch includes – dal (pulses), rotis, sabji, salad, dahi and raita, i.e all common homemade items.
Evening Snack: She loves to eat fruits. She usually has grapes, mangoes, apples and watermelons and she prefers coconut water in evening. She’ll usually have coconut water in the morning after breakfast and also in the evening.
Dinner: She likes to eat porridge with homemade pulses and steamed vegetables with pickle in dinner. She avoids rice or heavy dinner. She only eats light food for dinner, and she doesn’t prefer chicken or grilled fish at night.

- She starts her day with a glass of lukewarm water and drinks 3-4 liters of water throughout the day. It helps her skin stay hydrated and also removes toxins out of the body time to time.
- After workouts, she usually follow SPA therapy, generally only a steam or sauna will make you feel good; main objective is to get your skin cleansed.
- Coconut oil massages have always worked for her hair. “Asli dadi ma ka nuskha (Grandmother’s true treasure) ” she believes.
- When she is not shooting, she doesn’t wear make-up and would cleanse her face thoroughly once done with the shoot. Another tip, avoid makeup as much as possible. This will help you help your face maintain its natural glow.
- During the daytime, she uses a moisturizer with SPF while at night, she uses a deep conditioning moisturizer. Moisturizer helps protect her skin in the sun and also gives her skin the essential oils throughout the day.
- While bathing, she loves using loofah on body as it instantly improves blood circulation and also helps remove dead cells.
