Kathrin Romary Beckinsale is an English actress and model who rose to fame after her film debut in the 1993 film Much Ado About Nothing. She was born on 26 July 1973 to parents Richard Beckinsale and Judy Loe in Chiswick, London, England. Having been interested in an acting career from a very young age, she made her television debut in the year 1991. It was in the films Pearl Harbor and Serendipity that she played starring roles. She then appeared in the 2004 film The Aviator and the 2006 film Click.
She gained popularity as an action film actor after her role as Selene in the film series called Underworld. Her other action films include the 2004 film Van Helsing, the 2009 film Whiteout, and the 2012 film Total Recall. Her performance in the 2016 film Love & Friendship was widely praised.

When Kate to fit into a catsuit for the2012 film Underworld: Awakening, it was her trainer who helped her achieve that look. She would work out four to five times a week during the first month, and three times a week during the second month.
The 3-2-1 Method
Created by Ramona Braganza, the 3-2-1 Method is a method followed by some other celebrities as well to get in shape. In this method, the ‘3’ refers to the number of cardio sessions, ‘2’ refers to the weight training circuits and ‘1’ refers to the abs routine. This workout is supposed to be fun because of the constant change of pace between the cardio and the weight exercises.

Her workout also includes jogging, running, dumbbell bench presses, dumbbell flys, bar dips, sprinting, dumbbell incline bench presses, tricep extensions, jump ropes, V-ups, bicycle crunches, twisting planks, forward lunges, walking lunges, squats, Bosu Ball knee tucks, stair climbing, dumbbell rows, lateral raises, and circuit training. The Yogalosophy Workout

When in Los Angeles, Kate also works with another personal trainer, Mandy Ingber, who is famous for her Yogalosophy series. She generally works out in her gym at her home garage and never works out publicly.
Her yoga workout includes Sun Salutes, Reverse Warrior, Chair Pose, Low Boat Pose, One’Arm Side Plank, Forearm Plank and Leg Lift, Temple Pose, and Tree Pose. Beckinsale says that yoga helps keep her arms and legs toned without the need of all the equipment.
Diet Plan
Kate Beckinsale has said that she did not have a clue about eating when she was in her twenties. But now her typical daily diet is improved.
- Breakfast – She consumes eggs or oatmeal for breakfast.
- Lunch – For lunch, she takes a chicken or vegetable wrap.
- Dinner – Dinner consists of fish and vegetables.
According to the website, Kate follows a zone structured diet.
