Along with her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, Khloe has managed to completely transform herself and her body.

Khloe has two mid-day meals post lunch, to combat hunger. These may consist of vegetables, almonds and one serving of healthy fat– perhaps a fried egg!
For dinner, Kardashian once again has vegetables and salad, along with some fish. She tops it all up with her seventh meal of the day, dessert! For dessert, she usually prefers having a piece of fruit.

For one, Khloe drinks a lot of water and believes that doing so helps in taking care of your skin.
In fact, right before she goes on about with her nightly beauty routine, she drinks up as much water as she can, as she believes that anti ageing and maintaining fabulous skin, is all about hydration.
Then, she proceeds to wash her face three times, to thoroughly get rid of all the makeup that she wears and even applies her cleanser for the same.
Once all the “face paint” is off, she slathers her face cream, which she mixes with vitamin E oil, all over her face. Moreover, she also applies vitamin E oil on her lashes.
In fact, Khloe swears that it is this little trick that makes her lashes look so full!
