Egg Mask – Egg masks are popular for long for the prevention of dry, damaged, and frizzy hair. Take an egg mix it with a mild shampoo. Apply it on your dry hair and wash it thoroughly with Luke warm water.
Honey and yogurt hair mask – Prepare hair mask by mixing half cup yogurt, 1 spoonful honey, 2 Vitamin E capsules. Apply this mask from the roots of the hair to the tip of the hair. Keep it for 15 minutes and rinse it thoroughly with a mild shampoo.
Aloe Vera hair mask – Mix one-fourth cup of natural Aloe Vera gel with any oil of your choice like olive oil, coconut oil. Apply it on hair from root to tips. Leave it floor for 15 minutes and rinse it with mild or herbal shampoo.
Onion hair mask – Take one onion, squeeze the juice and mix it with hair oil of your choice. Apply it with cotton on the roots of the hair. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with mild shampoo and Luke warm water.
Healthy Diet Plan
Diet – Protein is essential for thick, healthy, and shiny hair. Food like eggs, salmon, walnut, kidney beans ,lentils will increase the omega 3 fatty acids in the body and prevent your hair from dryness.
Fruits and Vegetables – Increasing the intake of fruits and vegetables in your regular diet prevents hair loss and dryness of hair. Fruits like apples, bananas, Grapes are very beneficial for beautiful hair.

ROSEWATER – Rosewater is great for the overall health of the skin of the face and body. It refreshes the skin instantly. You can use it by wiping your face with a cotton pad with rose water. Once it dries off, moisturize your skin. Rosewater mists are also available in the market that provides instant results.
Food and Healthy Diet
VITAMINS AND MINERALS – Various antioxidants such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E are important antioxidants that make the skin healthy. Vitamin C and E reduces inflammation, improves skin health, and prevents dryness.
YOGURT – Yogurt is simply available in every household. You can mix yogurt with honey too for better results. Leave the yogurt mask for 10 minutes and gently wash it off. You will achieve miraculous results in 10 minutes
